Description of Glass Reactor
Double-layer glass reactor is designed for the double glazing that enters the inner layer of the reaction for stirring reaction.The sandwich can transfer various cold and hot sources (frozen liquid, hot water or hot oil) for cyclic heating or cooling reaction.
Isothermal conditions can be set in the sealed glass reactor as required. Under normal pressure or negative pressure, the reaction solution of stirring, reflux and distillation is used for modern fine chemical engineering, biological pharmaceutical test, production equipment and ideal synthesis of new materials.

Feature of Glass Reactor

8. The mixing motor adopts digital frequency conversion control and is equipped with a torque.

Installation of Glass Reactor
Stainless steel frame assembly is in accordance with the standard frame, and do not clamp any internal hexagonal stainless steel screws.
Adjust the low position of the stainless steel frame to the standard of the actual ground leveling and tighten all the stable hex screws.
The pulley at the bottom of the locking frame is mounted on the main body of the reactor. This action requires two people to work together.
Mixer motor parts, and do not clamp the hex screw.
Stir the sealing plug and stir bar, unscrew the tetrafluoroethylene card cover, and fix the stirring seal plug on the cover flange stirring port.
Install fixed kettle cover card, increase stir bar depth.
The whole screw and the card are fixed tightly, and the condenser and the constant pressure funnel stainless steel support rod are installed.
The reflux condensation bracket is installed on the condenser with the reflux pipe installed on the kettle cover.The constant pressure funnel cover is installed in the kettle, the thermometer sleeve and the glass vent valve are installed.
